Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
RisimatiCleanIt Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services (“the Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, clients, and website visitors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, the Company has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.
This policy applies to all websites, applications, and digital services owned, operated, or controlled by the Company.
1. Reporting Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, reproduced, or distributed on our website or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.
To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL or page path).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Where to Send Your Notice
Please send your completed written DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via mail or email:
- Attn: Designated DMCA Agent
- Company Name: RisimatiCleanIt Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services
- Email: [Insert your contact email, e.g., legal@risimaticleanit.com]

3. Company Response to Infringement Notices
Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA Notice, the Company will act expeditiously to:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the individual or entity responsible for posting the material (“the Alleged Infringer”) that the material has been removed or disabled.
4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written Counter-Notification with our Designated Copyright Agent.
To be effective, your Counter-Notification must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the Company may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, the Company will promptly forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the original copyright owner does not file a court action seeking a restraining order against the user within 10 to 14 business days, the Company may, at its discretion, replace or restore access to the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, the Company maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at the Company’s sole discretion, users, account holders, or contractors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
6. Liability and Misrepresentation
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
